A step-by-step guide to how I got my "bikini body"
(Which is actually a "body no longer intermittently crippled by lower back pain")
So I promised, last week, that I’d tell you how I “got” my body, this one here, and I will.
I’ll tell you exactly how I train, and how often, and what I eat and what I don’t, how I live, day to day, to maintain this here flesh wardrobe… Though I do all that on the proviso I’m neither a trainer nor a nutritionist, I am just some punter who, over time, with some trial and error and through working with excellent people (who are qualified), found some stuff that works specifically for me - though I suspect those basic principles could be applicable to many other women, too.
